How often should I treat my pet with kitten worming products?

Kittens should be wormed every two weeks until twelve weeks of age, then monthly until six months of age. After six months, all kittens should be wormed every three months for ongoing protection.

Kitten worming tablets, kitten worming paste and topical kitten worm treatments are all highly effective in treating and preventing worms in your kitten. Kitten worming tablets, kitten worming paste and worming syrups are given orally, either by feeding them to your pet with a dropper or by mixing them in with your kitten’s food.

Meanwhile, spot on kitten worm treatments are applied topically, usually at the back of the kitten’s head. If your kitten refuses to take oral medicine a topical treatment may suit you better.
